This Policy does not apply to:

· Publicly available information

· De-identified or anonymized information

· Information handled exclusively on behalf of AiCluV’s customers as part of a “service provider” role under PIPEDA or provincial legislation

2. Personal Information We Collect

· Account settings, login credentials

· Billing and payment information

· Organization name, job title

· Communications with our support or sales team

· Device activation details

· Video, audio, images, and metadata when uploaded by an End Customer
